I REALLY want to love this thing. My mom has one of the earlier version from the same company and I tried it and radio liked it for cleaning my ears. I tend to get water stuck in my ears after I swim; this was so cool because you can actually See what’s going on inside your ear! Unfortunately I have tried to get myself your model I think three times now. With the first one, half the lights went out after a few days. The second one (replacement for the first) the image was blurry. Same for the third, blurry. I tried the troubleshooting steps of making sure the lens was very clean, etc. but unfortunately it seemed to be a hardware problem each time. I may try one more time but get the base/older version my mom has. I hate having to send a defective product back for a replacement over and over again. Read more
