I like that these are high waisted and they are quiet. They don't work for me. I am 70, weigh 170 lbs, and built like Sponge Bob. My measurements are chest 41, waist 41, hips 41 with thin arms and legs. There isn't enough elastic around legs for me. Otherwise a good product. Read more

Seems to run small, have ordered XL to try instead of my normal size L. I have been using Because pads and am pleased with them, very absorbent and comfortable. I was very excited to find underwear that would last through the night. I have used these 2 nights and have both nights used a disposable under pad that has prevented the leakage from staining bedding. The underwear I ordered is L, and the legs openings do not fit very snugly. Will update when try new size. I love Because products and will continue my size search. Update: Purchased XL, leg openings are very loose, therefore some leakage around openings. Does absorb liquid as advertised, I continue to use as most other underwear require the use of extra pads, often up to three to make it thru a six hour sleep.
