I have been using these pull up for a year now for night time bladder incontinence and they are great the plus 2x size fits me the durability is good moisture retention is good the comfort is good the leakage isn't too bad as long as you're one of those that's a toss and turn a lot in bed so I add a over night bladder pad to help out cause I'm a toss and turn alot in bed it helps a lot .value for your money not too bad but I would suggest that you check around a little more if your on a tight budget. Other wise they are good for plus size people 200 lb and over and for people that are not plus size that can wear small and medium and large that have bladder incontinence at night when sleeping. The cost of this might be a little higher than other brands but it is worth the extra $. I purchased Attends and these at the same time. Having used the tranquility brand I knew what to expect. Without going into detail, I wont be buying Attends again. These are much more absorbent than any other brands giving the confidence of waking up to a dry bed. Read more
Tried 2XL and found that it fit well in the front but was too small in the back. Tried 3XL and found that it fit well in the back but was way too big in the front. The absorption is good but the sizing is difficult. Read more

Have tried almost every brand and this works best for me. Do not recommend for people that need very light coverage. First found this brand when a loved one was in hospice. Fewer leaks,very absorbent. Read more
