LOVE this topper. It is as described. Plush but firm at the same time. No painful joints so it provides a good night’s sleep. I washed and dried before using. I also let breathe for a few hours as per the instructions. It is thick enough for me. I have had others which were more plush not as effective as this brand. I cannot really weigh in on its cooling ability cause I love toasty comfort under the covers with cool air on my face. Hope this helps. Read more
