I got this mattress to use with an adjustable bed. If you are buying this to use for the same purpose, make sure to get the deepest pocketed sheet you can find, with elastic the whole way around. I am very pleased with this queen size bed mattress pad. We have our grand children coming over to visit for a week with us, and two of the girls will sleep on a new air mattress we got for them. This will fit great, and it is fairly priced. What I love about it, is it is made for deep mattresses. Our air mattress is 18”, so this will wrap under with plenty of room. I washed it yesterday in cold water and it looks nice coming right out of the low heat dryer. It also had no smell right out of the sealed bag. I appreciate that very much. I purchased 4 mattress pads for myself and my kids. These covers are not meant to add cushioning to your mattress. They're decent quality and have a little bit of padding. These are not water proof or meant for small children or bed wetters. The primary reason for my purchase was to protect the new mattresses from dirt, dander and small spills. After washing them in cold water and letting them air dry we put them on our beds and they fit fine. It's good to know that our mattresses have some protection. Read more
