Belemay Compatible with iPhone 14 Pro Max Leather Case with Magsafe - Top Grain Vintage Crazy Horse Leather

I've had 2 of these now and really like them. The natural leather ages beautifully. It starts out a very light tan but through usage and contact with oils and the environment it darkens to a very nice patina. The case protects the phone well but the case itself is not the most durable. If you tend to drop your phone on hard and rough surfaces (concrete, tile, asphalt) then this might not be the case for you. The corners can get damaged and that is what required me to replace the first one (after about 18 months of use). Overall a very nice case, durability is a little lacking but my phone shows no signs of being dropped so the case does its job. Definitely recommended if you miss the leather cases from apple! Just ordered my second case. I love the look, it’s sleek and simple. I got a little over a year out of my first case. Liked it enough I ordered another. The leather has a great feel. Especially once it gets used a little and starts to show its colors. Has survived many falls and kept the phone safe. Fits perfect and just snaps on. What more could you ask for?? Read more

UPDATE: the vendor contacted me and confirmed they had sent me the wrong item. They quickly sent a replacement. It is much better quality. Very nice leather and feel. Glad to have it corrected. ************* I think they sent a replacement model. It’s not the quality leather or color described. More of a brighter orange plastic shell. I really like this case, its a quality case with very nice leather that feels great in the hand; thin and minimal while not too slick and not overly grippy. I got the black which is called charcoal wood black so one would assume its not going to be midnight black which some of the other reviews seemed to think it was going to be. I think its a really cool dark greyish black color which has an awesome contrast against the black iphone 14 pro max that will petina darker in some areas over time which will be even better looking. the buttons are black metal and have a nice click to them and the magnets on the case are very strong, stronger than any other case I have tried. my only complaint is that the hole where the mute slider is located could be a little bigger but in no way takes away from this being the best case I have found for my phone. Grip: Solid, feels good, soft leather. Phone Protection: It certainly will protect your phone (minus the screen/camera, like most cases) from a fall, but the case takes damage like a peach, and the little square they give you to "fix" scuffs only can fix so much. Ease of Installation: Standard - goes on easily, with not confusing steps to follow, as it's all in 1 piece. Value: I mean, it's high quality, but I think perhaps too high quality, the leather scuffs far too easily so it does not hold up well if you keep your phone in a pocket/bag with keys, a pen, EDC knife/tools, etc. Would I buy again? The quality is impressive for the price. It fits nice and snug. It feels great in hand. I'm getting rid of a beat up Apple brand leather case, and in comparing the two, the Belemay case is more soft and supple while Apple case is more smooth and tough. I would give this case a 5 because it fits the phone perfectly, and has a really nice look and feel. But it tends to “shed” brown color on my previously white Mag Safe charging stations (one in the bedroom and one in the car). Good value for the money though and it generally serves it’s purpose.
