This is strong and tough…I’m an auto body and detail manager at a large car lot and I find phone holders in vehicles that get traded in to us everyday. I have a lot to compare this to and I’ve gotta say, this is the best one I’ve personally come across. It’s built heavy duty, has a strong magnet, it’s durable, stays put, easy to use, and wow it’s definitely the most flexible and versatile with all the ways you can angle it. What’s neat about this one I have found is that you can quickly and easily change the angle if you need to. Or smoosh it down to just about nothing when not in use…I thought that was cool! When I ordered this and seen the value I was wondering why it’s valued so high. But once I got it and played with it I realized why and I believe it’s worth it. The scent part of this isn’t much to me to be honest, although it’s a nice bonus and it does work and smell good…it’s simply not necessary imo. Wouldn’t know where to get refills like these either (I’m sure I could find them if I search tho). My point with the smell good is that I’m fine with regular car air fresheners and don’t see why they need to be attached to a phone holder…even tho it also doesn’t bother me that it is. After receiving and trying this out, I’d say it was a bit underwhelming overall. Don’t get me wrong — the idea is great, and the scents themselves are actually very pleasant. However, calling this a “diffuser” feels a little misleading. It’s more like a scented tablet than a true diffuser. The scent doesn’t really disperse through the car or room; I only notice it when I’m very close and intentionally sniffing it. That said, the build quality is solid. It sticks to my dashboard really well and hasn’t budged, even while driving. As a magnetic phone holder, it actually performs great — my phone stays securely in place, and the 360° adjustable design makes it easy to position my phone exactly how I want it. Functionally, as a phone mount, it does its job very well. One thing I do wish it came with is extra magnets. In a household with multiple phones or drivers, having to share or swap magnets is inconvenient. Including more magnets would make this much more practical for families. As for the aroma feature, I personally wouldn’t purchase this because of the diffuser add-on. The scents are nice, but they’re subtle to the point of being barely noticeable unless you’re right up on it. If this were sold as a standard magnetic phone holder at a lower price, I’d say it’s a solid buy. But if you’re looking for something that actually fills your car or space with fragrance, a regular diffuser would be a better option. Overall, it’s a decent magnetic phone mount with a light scent feature — just not a true diffuser. If you go in with that expectation, you’ll probably like it a lot more. Read more

My honest opinion would give this a 4.5 star review, but I round up for fairness. The mount is good, and I am most impressed by its ability for the suction cup to adhere to the textured dashboard of my Tahoe. I have tried several other mounts, and they didn't work as the surface gaps were too large, and the rigidness of the suction cup was too stiff for the unit to stay. This mount didn't have that problem and stays put very easily and supports the weight of the phone with budging or shifting unnecessarily. Also the magnetization of the unit is great and supports the phone securely, even with a magsafe case. The half point deduction would come from the very faint aroma that you get from the fragrant discs. I do like the fact that it comes with several options, but the smell is very faint and not nearly as noticeable as other air fresheners. For the price, I would still be content with this purchase, as it serves its purpose as a cell phone holder very well. Read more

Works great. The suction has a clamp on the side that you slide over to activate./lock. The suction also is a little sticky, which helps. Just be sure to clean whatever area you’re going to use it with alcohol it needs to be pretty smooth to get a suction seal. The piece that is in there for smell looks kinda like a white lifesaver. It doesn’t have a whole lot of smell in my opinion, but you could probably drop the essential oils on it to spice it up. The magnet where the phone sticks holds it well my phone has not fell off one time I would purchase this regardless of the scent booster because it is a good phone holder. It also might have a lot more smell with air blowing through it from the car or when the phone is sitting on there for a while with the heat.
