I love this thing, I got it as a replacement for my homedics massager which was pretty nice so I was picky, this thing checked all the boxes Even better than my old one The parts that massage your back don't dig into it aggressively when you're sitting on it and it's not in use, when you are using it it feels like someone's actually neading your back shoulders and neck the vibration was a pleasant surprise that I figured was a gimmick but it actually feels really good on my hips I love it seems to be a reasonable quality I can't complain I'll update this review if longevity is an issue but as it stands the motor's in it seem to be plenty strong I have not managed to stall them but I'm only about 170 lb The neck is fully adjustable You just put it where you want it and lean your neck back into it feels great, I'd say it was worth the $180 I paid for it if this one lasts I will definitely be buying another in a few years when it dies. Waste of money. Don’t think that because this product is over $150, it’s a good product. The neck massage pillow worked fine, however the back massage components never worked. The would try to start, then immediately stop, and never work. The vibration settings are also nothing to write home about. Bland and poorly built and a waste of my money. Read more
