I have a number of USB-based battery pack (battery-based chargers). Some are very small, lightweight, and thin and are really only designed for (often slow) charging of mobile phones and small electronic devices. Others are huge and designed to charge laptops up to full (along with anything and everything else) at a much faster charge rate. The challenge I set for myself was to find a battery pack that found a middle ground between those two extremes. Enter the Belkin Portable Charger, 3-Port Laptop Power Bank 20,000mAh. While it is not small (slightly larger than the palm of my hand but still easy to grasp), not lightweight (definitely has some heft to it, but not horrible), and not slim, it absolutely has the power output to charge mobile devices and portable gaming consoles at high/full speed, and can charge a laptop (M1/2/3/4-based MacBook Air) almost to full. Good number of ports for device charging (2xUSB-C + 1xUSB-A), good output wattage (65W PD max out of USB-C ports, 45W typical out of USB-C ports for mobile/portable devices, 18W QuickCharge out of USB-A), good display feedback on battery pack status, and easy and quick to recharge the battery pack. Until the next generation of battery cell power storage and output electronics hits the consumer market, this will be my go-to device for when I am out and about. Read more

Finally tested it out. My iphone 11pro was at 10%. I charged it at 10:38am and it was 100% at around 11:43am I’d say using the C-type port. It left the power bank at 82%. Love the size as it is WAY smaller than a military grade one that I have that’s lower. Leaving the cable connected though does take up juice so disconnect the cable after you are done. I have an Anker ac adapter 40W that charges decently but of course the lower the power the bank has the longer it will take charging, but highly recommend a higher watt adapter. Read more

While I was at PKX airport, I was watching a lot of power banks being confiscated. Finally, when it was my turn, the staff pointed to the (ccc) logo on the back on the Belkin and said this is what they are looking for. My only issue with the Belkin is sometimes when it's below 30% and I unplug the device being charged, after that the power drops to zero and needs to be fully charged. Aside from that, I've traveled to three countries and am pleased with the overall performance and it not be confiscated in China. Read more

This is the best charger I have bought! I has enough juice to charge my phone and earbuds all day with only using 50 percent of its charge. I would definitely buy it again. Read more

Has a nice display but this device does not serve its purpose. This Belkin charger only charged my MacBook Pro to 63% before this charger itself needed to be recharged. And that charge took over 1 hour. I.e., poor battery life and utility. There is no way this could charge multiple devices efficiently - i.e., poor capacity. No power cable/adapter was included. Simply not enough cables were included, and cable packages were not offered in conjunction with this item when purchasing. Usually, I like Belkin products. However, this Belkin charger fails to serve its intended purpose. I will need to purchase other portable chargers. Read more
