I was so excited to find a coffee pot that is the exact same shade of purple that’s my favorite color. I was pleasantly surprised to find a reusable coffee filter that came with the machine. The setup took less than 5 minutes from the start of opening the box all the way to programming the time for my coffee to brew the next morning. The coffee was already freshly brewed when I woke up for the day which 10000/10 was so excited about. The quality of this is way better than I imagined given some of the reviews I saw. The coffee itself dripped nicely, no mess or anything. The plate stayed hot for 2 hours. One feature I loved about this, is that it shows you how long the pot has been sitting since brewed. After 2 hours when the pot turns off it reverts back to the regular time. It’s nice to be able to see how long the pot had been sitting prior to serving myself. Our basic Mr. Coffee machine went down so we needed a replacement. I wanted a coffee maker with an automatic shutoff and the Bella 12-cup programmable came up in my search. It looked good and the price was right, so I ordered it. In short, it makes good coffee. Here's my assessment after our first batch of brew. Pros 1. Low price 2. Compact and light unit. It doesn't take up much counter space and is easily moved. Because its buttons are oriented horizontally on the front, you have to hold it with your other hand when pushing the buttons because the unit will move if you don't. (The programmable Mr. Coffee has its buttons vertically oriented on its base so you're pushing down and don't have this issue.) 3. Attractive design. Looks good on the counter (although I was hoping the "oatmeal" color was a little whiter to match my other kitchen appliances). 4. Easy to set up. 5. A breeze to use and controls are easy to understand. 6. Auto shutoff and programmable brewing. 7. Comes with a reusable basket for the grounds but you can also use paper filters (great, because we have a lot of them). 8. Comes with a coffee scoop. 9. Strong brew setting. Cons 1. The hinged lid is long, so it has to be pulled out from under our standard-height cabinets to fill with water. 2. At the end of the brew cycle a lot of steam comes out of the top. So much so that I would be concerned with it warping and discoloring our wooden cabinet bottoms from daily use. However, since we have to pull it out to fill it, we just leave out from under the cabinets while brewing. Overall, the Bella is a compact, good coffee maker at a good price. Read more

Got this for my daughter and son in law for Christmas and they love it. It matches their new kitchen and the said it works great, coffee stays hot and doesnt take but a few minutes for a pot of coffee unless you program it to make before you get out of bed. I currently own the BELLA air fryer and love it—it’s a great quality appliance at a fair price point, so I wanted the coffee pot to match. Pros: • Affordable • Very cute color options • Compact size but still brews a full pot Cons: • The water reservoir is awkwardly designed. The lid mechanism gets in the way, making it nearly impossible to pour all the water in without spilling. • The coffee brews weak, even when using more grounds. • Biggest concern: the chemical smell. It was horrific. I had to run five cleaning cycles with vinegar and dish soap, followed by seven cycles of plain water before the smell faded enough that I felt safe drinking from it. Honestly, it was bad enough that I was joking about growing a third eye. Overall: Cute and inexpensive, but the design flaws and initial chemical smell seriously detract from the experience. If you’re sensitive to smells or prefer strong coffee, this may not be the best choice. Read more
