I have prominent dark undereye circles and a few sun spots on one side of my face. The largest interferes with where I want to apply blush. I finally found a concealer that's a good shade with good coverage. I use the banana setting on all of those areas after applying concealer. I just gently tap/spread a small amount to set concealer and also help with color correction. I use a small very soft brush but a makeup sponge would probably do the same. The powder is a very nice light consistency and does not settle into fine lines around my eyes. I think it helps the concealer on my face spots to last longer and helps them to blend in better. Received a sample of this from product Ipsy. Loved it so much that I bought it from amazon before I ran out of the sample. What I received from amazon is not even close to the same color as the original legit sample that thousands of people received from Ipsy. It could be a fake or it could be a BellaPierre factory consistency problem. I laid the powders side by side and this product has a much lighter, brighter, more yellow tone to it. What that being said, the new color of the amazon product was actually even better for my olive, golden skin tone! And it gave me the same smoothing effect as the sample . So I’m not hating...but I thought I would come on here to warn people about the color. My concern is whether or not I can or want to reorder from amazon when I run out, knowing that I may be either supporting a fake seller or supporting a BellaPierre factory inconsistency. I still gave it 4 stars because I’m very very picky when it comes to setting powders (I am a true makeup geek/collector so I’ve tried almost everything) and this stuff actually is very good. I have dry, aging skin and this amazon version actually did a great job of smoothing, setting, brightening, and mattifying without being too drying. So I’m warning buyers: this is not the same color as the original...but, whatever the issue is, this is still a good powder that has outperformed many of my high end setting powders. Read more

I use this everyday and it works great! Just make sure to really blend your foundation and use the powder super lightly. I wear a full face of Estee lauder double wear and just dust one light brush load of this all over my face after blending and then press it in with the same powder brush and my makeup is on fleek for the whole day. I'm really pale with yellow undertones and this powder helps my skin to look lively and not all washed out like other powders. Just love it and the price is decent. I only use this as a stand in for when I run out of my regular powder by LaBelladonna. The color is great since I have red undertones to my skin so the yellow evens me out really well. I would not recommend this for olive toned folks. The product does make me break out, so I’m guessing it has cornstarch in it like most “mineral” or setting powders do.
