Giving this 5 stars because although I had to return it, it's a very nice skirt. I'm 5'1", about 165 lbs, and typically wear a size L, which is what I ordered it in. This skirt runs very small. If I wanted to replace the skirt, I would have had to size up a size or two, and I refuse to do that. It's a psychological thing. So if you don't mind ordering up a size or two, get it! Read more

I am 5'6 140lbs and typically wear a size 4/6. I ordered a size medium and it fit perfect. The quality of the skirt is great! The zipper is durable and the faux leather is soft and comfortable. I wore it to a concert and a few night clubs and received so many compliments. The design on the skirt is actually embroidered so no concerns with it coming off. If you have ANY hips/curve at all- size up, maybe even twice!! Love the design of the skirt and it is flattering BUT, once you pull it up to wear it over your hips where it should be, it essentially shows your booty to the world. Cute skirt, and it's not cheap looking. But its also obvious its not real. It runs a little large, not exactly true to size. I am 5'8" and about 125 pounds. I got this in my normal size "small" and I could easily have fit in an XS. I'm almost never an XS size, so if you want a tighter fit, and are on the smaller-end if your typical size, then perhaps size down. I'm keeping it because it fits well, its not too loose and I intend to wear it in the winter with tights. Its also not too short. I didnt expect it to be quite as long as it was, if it had been any longer and I'd have returned it. I wish it were an inch or two shorter, and it would still have been an appropriate length.
