I bought three and I’m very happy I did. This faucet was easy to install and has a sleek, modern profile. The media could not be loaded. The faucet looked nice in the photos and it did not let me down when I opened the box. I have to admit the price scared me. It was a 3rd of the price of the cheapest black faucet at HD. It seemed to good to be true. Installation was standard. However I did not like the fact you have to screw the feed lines into the bottom of the faucet. There is no way to get a wrench into the back of the faucet so tightening the hoses is limited to the torque you get by grabbing and turning the hoses themselves. To my surprise that is not where the facet leaked when I turned on the water. It leaked from the crimped fitting of the feed hoses were they attach to the water inlet valves. I tried everything from additional Teflon tape, pipe dope, and even added a couple more small O-rings inside the fittings, but nothing could stop the leak. Read more
I loved the faucet as the style and look was perfect. The only problem I had was the plumber said the hose provided could not connect to the shutoff valves as they appeared to here pinched. I’m assuming I cannot return it since it was hooked up but didn’t work right. Read more
