It's great...
Edit: After wearing for awhile, the ring CONSTANTLY disconnects from the app. And no matter if I close the app and reload, it won't connect. I have to unpair it and then pair it back up. Not worth it... This is fantastic! I like the idea of having a smart device to monitor my health info. But I hate the idea of wearing a watch. I have MULTIPLE smart watches because I keep trying to find something that I don't mind wearing, I have various sizes, bands, etc. But no matter, I hate having something on my wrist, especially while sleeping! So when I saw this, I figured that I would try it! So far, it's been great! No issues with comfort or anything! I wore last night while sleeping and didn't even know it was on. Woke up this morning and it monitored all my info with my sleep info! And the sleep info seemed pretty accurate. I only woke up once when my dogs woke me up to go to the bathroom and the app tracked that even at the exact time as well! I tested the results on the ring with my pulse oximetry and it was pretty spot on, you can see the photo. The pulse was almost exact and the oxygen saturation was pretty close! The blood pressure was within range of my blood pressure monitor! The only thing that I'm not too sure about is the step counter. When I woke up this morning, my app showed that I had 137 steps while I was sleeping...lol. So seems that it counts when you move a certain way. It did track my walk tonight with my dog, fairly accurately, though. Overall, I can't complain. I like it. As far as the app for the phone, it seems pretty basic. And not sure how secure it is since you can't download it via the google play or the Apple store. You have to download through an APK link or one of their "play link". Now the thickness of the ring is a little on the thicker side, definitely thicker than a standard band. This is due to the chips they have to have in the ring. So the profile on your finger is going to be a little larger. Read more
