The bidet is great. It has more features than I thought I needed, but they're certainly nice to have. I ordered a T-Splitter and a supply line separately, but they were already included in the kit. The instruction manual is clear, concise, and the illustrations clearly demonstrate what they are supposed to. As i said in the title, I installed the bidet with one arm in a splint---my dominant arm at that. Installation was really easy. Read more

This thing is amazing. My dad has been in the plumbing supply industry for 41 years and has had this seat for 5 years and recommended it to us. It has worked perfectly and we love it. My husband is European and is used to his bidets and this is definitely the next best thing. Read more

We got this and installed it. We didn’t like the way it worked. It didn’t have the air dryer so you are mopping up your genitalia with toilet paper. Kind of defeats the purpose Read more

We had positive experience with Bemis seats so we purchased a bidet seat. It worked well until the remote ceased to operate the seat, even after new batteries. Unfortunately, documentation and customer service are not readily available. I have tried to contact Bemis and they have failed to respond. Read more

Just installed this Bidet seat and to my surprise it was super easy to install. I was putting off the installation but today I did it and It went really smooth. The directions are easy as pie and all you need is a adjustable wrench to tighten the fittings. I literally had this done in 20 mins and that includes going to the garage for the wrench. Got this because I wanted to try them out but found out the other day that my dad needs one. His doctor recommended that he get one which was great because it was the push I needed to install it. This thing has so many cool features it’s not even funny. I never heard of a bidet until I seen it on Amazon and definitely never used one. These are great for older people and people who have disabilities like my dad. This thing has different water pressure settings,it has blow drier, it has heated water, it will spray you at different spots, if you should get up it will cut off because it has these sensors that well sense you lol. It has a wireless remote that you can stick on the all or whatever you want it using the 3M tape: the remote shows pictures so you know what the settings are going to do. I’m really impressed with this bidet. No more having to worry about the lack of toilet paper because you don’t need it with this. Read more

We have a BioBidet toilet seat installed for more than a year in my master bedroom. Comparing with the BioBidet toilet seat, this Bemis B1980NL 000 is very huge sized. It was made in South Korean. We doesn't have an electrical outlet right next to toilet so my hubby run an extension cord from the electrical outlet near the sink. Pros: -The installation was fairly easy, very few tools required. -Great range of functions to fit your personal comforts -Strong water pressure for those areas where you want additional cleanse -5 temperature settings for air drying -4 temperature settings for heating of seat, which is super nice during cold days. Cons: -The lights are always on. Thoug it was described as shut off automatically when bathroom lights are on. -The remote controller doesn’t stay well on the wall mount magnetic holder. Read more

Our previous bidet toilet seat had stopped working (most seem to have about a 2-4 year life span) so we were looking for a new one. This one seemed interesting and had a lot of the features we were looking for. It's not a terrible seat but it actually seems like its capabilities are closer to the lower-priced seats around $200-$250. In this price range, I was expecting much better pressure and control. The jets do not get nearly as strong as others we've used in this price range. They are largely comparable to lower-priced models. I was also really disappointed with the feminine wash setting. It just doesn't come forward far enough and you end up having to lean forward quite far to get washed in the right areas. Unfortunately, that usually means that the sensor thinks you aren't on the seat anymore and then turns off. This is the first time we've tried a model that has a remote. It does have limited buttons on the side of the actual seat so you could use it if you lost or damaged the remote which I appreciate. The remote is a bit of a letdown. It occasionally stops talking with the seat. To get it to work, you have to unplug the seat and then plug it back in which seems to re-sync the remote. There are two touch buttons on the top that switch between two setting modes but they don't seem to save the settings and then cause the settings to reset. That means if you live in a cold area like I do that has freezing cold water and you set it to heat the water, it will reset that every time you touch those buttons and you'll be blasted with ice-cold water. It resets pressure and position as well. Those two buttons on the top get accidentally activated all the time! The remote doesn't specify on it which side sets the position and which sets the pressure so if you forget that takes some time to get things back where you want them. You'll probably have to keep resetting them anyways because those top setting buttons will end up accidentally activated frequently and reset it all. The other thing I don't like about this remote is that nothing helpful lights up. I don't like to turn on all the lights when I get up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night but I can't see anything on the remote in the dark and there are no bumps or features to tell what the different buttons are so you kind of have to guess. It seems like they could have at least put a small light on each major buttons general spot so you can easily find them in the dark. Overall, so far it functions well enough, the drying fan is a nice touch that's missing from many models. The pressure could be better, and the remote though it's nice and works could have been vastly improved. Read more
