This was probably the best thing I have purchased in a long time. The price was almost too good to be true. 2 days in and I am already have problems. I decided to try the dehumidifier out, unplugged the drain plug and plug in the hose to it. Probably a hour later the machine indicated it was full so i look at it and no water was coming through the hose. So i had to pick it up and tilt it to the side so the water will come out. That is a very awful flaw in the design of this machine. Also it is water on the floor and I hope it was from when I picked it up and started to tilt it but only time can tell. Not at all quiet. Sounds like one of those bulky air conditioners that are sometimes in hotels. Instructions regarding the screws are not very clear. Otherwise does the job just fine, especially for the price. Read more
