It's not as thick as a normal sweatshirt, but I don't mind because it makes it easier to layer based on the weather. I love the dark green color. I bought this tunic to wear with leggings in the fall (planning ahead). I was initially scared by some of the bad reviews but I think those who had bad experiences didn't buy from Beipei Direct as the instructions indicated. I think there are some knockoffs of this product and as long as you follow the directions and buy only from Beipei direct you will be fine. Anyway, I ordered a size up as suggested (I normally wear a medium) and it was just the fit I was looking for. It was a bit roomy/baggy but I wanted that. If you want form fitting, definitely go with your normal size. I have a short waist and the length was perfect, so I'm not sure if it would cover the rear end properly on a really tall person. Just check the measurements for the product and that will help you pick a size, as length is included. The quality seemed fine. I washed it and dried it medium heat to see if it would hold up, and it was fine, there was no shrinkage. There were a couple of sloppy loose threads but these can be snipped off. Time will tell how this shirt holds up to multiple washings. I like that it's a cotton/polyester blend which makes for easy laundering. It's not super thick (though plenty thick to not see through or anything like that) so you will need a winter jacket when going outside when it gets cold. It's also good for layering too. Read more

I absolutely love it. More than I thought I would. It looks so good on and its so cozy comfortable. I am 5 ft 5 weigh 180 and have a belly and was afraid it would not look good on me. I was wrong. The position of the pocket camouflages my belly and the sweatshirt dress looks so good on me. In thankful. You can tell this is quality made. I've always wanted a sweatshirt dress now I have one. Going to order more colors. ..i ordered more colors and different sizes. The black one above is a 2xl I wanted to try the 3xl because I wanted it longer and a bit looser. So I ordered a redwine one in 3xl and the blue aqua in 3xl . the blue one is not the best color it is like. A cornflower blue. And it was a Lil to long I could barely reach the pockets but will be cozy for around the house. The redwine one was perfect in the 3xl very nice color fit good with extra room. Just a Lil bit bigger than the 2xl. I also ordered a navy in 2xl and it fits great like my black one. If you want it a Lil longer just wash by hand hang to dry and pull the bottom to desired length.
