I use these Berrcom disposable thermometer probe covers every time someone in my household is under the weather, and they’ve been a reliable part of our sick-day toolkit. The covers don’t change color or interfere with readings. The temperature accuracy has remained consistent every time I’ve used them, which is critical when monitoring fevers. The quality of the material feels safe, and the functionality is exactly what you’d expect: universal enough to fit most digital thermometers, and they don’t compromise readings or require special handling. The pack of 100 gives great storage capacity so I never run out in an emergency, and the box keeps everything organized. These are incredibly easy to use — pull one out, slip it over the probe, take the temp, and dispose of it — so the ease of use is hard to beat when someone’s feeling miserable. Bonus: cleanup is easy and keeps germs away from me, which as a medical professional with OCD is a huge plus. In terms of value for money, a 100-count pack is more than enough for multiple family members or repeat uses across cold and flu seasons, and I don’t worry about accuracy slipping because of the cover. Highly recommend these for home or family use — clean, simple, and effective. Read more

I’ve been using this thermometer for several weeks now, and I’m really impressed with how fast and accurate it is. Taking temperatures is quick—usually within 3 seconds—and the results match perfectly with the readings I get from my doctor’s office. The large, clear display makes it easy to read, even in low light, which is a huge plus when checking kids’ temperatures at night. The thermometer is also very easy to use. It’s lightweight, fits comfortably in my hand, and has simple one-button operation that anyone can figure out quickly. The silent mode is a thoughtful feature that helps avoid waking up children during checks. I appreciate that it stores multiple readings in memory, making it easy to track temperature changes over time. The only minor issue is the battery cover can be a little tricky to open initially, but once you get used to it, it’s no problem. Overall, this thermometer is a reliable, convenient tool that I highly recommend for families or anyone who wants quick, accurate readings at home. Read more

I always use a probe cover with my digital thermometer in order to guarantee a sanitary contact surface. I ordered these for the price, but when I got them I saw they were identical to the Walgreens probe covers I had been using so I am happy with the quality and ease of use as well as the price. I needed a thermometer like this because I've had several before, but they weren't very good quality. This one, however, is very good and has lasted me a long time. I recommend you get one too, as it's very well priced. Read more

What could be simpler? Oral (etc) thermometer made by a recognizable name company. I picked this one mostly because it would replace another Berrcomm digital thermometer old enough to have a failing plastic shell. What arrived is an updated (30+yrs on) version. Single button. What does it do? Standard onion skin sheet with microscopic print in a lightweight font. My old eyes say, "go look for a PDF online". Nothing there that I can find. Why? Back to the onion skin. Says that you poke the button, put it in beneath your tongue and it will beep when the temp is stable. No Beep after multiple tries and waits up to 10 minutes. Not worth the trouble to return it. Score one for the seller. I'll be buying again for the travel bag, but not this one. Read more
