What a great, esthetically pleasing chair for the price! It looks so much nicer that the typical black office chair and it is very comfortable. As a very short person, the adjustable height works great. The arms move up so people like me that like to sit indian style sometimes, can sit quite comfortably that way. The chair looks great, with attractive diamond stitching and a sleek chrome base. It initially felt comfortable to sit in, appropriately soft while still supportive, with one significant caveat that I’ll address below. Unfortunately, there was a manufacturing defect that caused the chair back to be crooked, which in turn made one of the arms bind against the back when raised. To the manufacturer’s credit, they did offer to replace the defective part. That said, this leads to the second issue: the armrests are simply too short, both in length and height. For a tall person, and even for someone of average height, the “arm rests” function more like wrist rests, which is just not comfortable. Read more

One star. This chair is absolute garbage. It feels extremely cheap the moment you pull it out of the box and the build quality is weak at every point. The design makes no sense and nothing about it feels functional or supportive. The materials are flimsy, the frame wobbles, and the whole thing feels like it could break if you lean back a little too far. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I like this chair. I searched for an extra wide chair to accommodate my very needy toy poodles to both have space to lay on my lap as I work from home and still be comfortable. This chair checked off all my needs. It was easy to put together and comfortable to sit in. Sometimes I like to sit Indian style and standard chairs it gets uncomfortable quickly.
