The media could not be loaded. The faucet is great! Easy to install, easy to clean, water flow is good, and way cheaper than Home Depot! It was perfect for my guest bathroom. Read more
Absolutely horrible water pressure.
The media could not be loaded. These faucets are very nice and elegant, but the water pressure is absolutely frustrating. It barely comes out until you turn the handles halfway. But if you turn them more than halfway, you only get a trickle. It's gotten so bad that the flow rate is so low it simply drips and floods the base of the faucet every time I use it. I must say that at least the gaskets are working because they haven't allowed the water to reach the bottom of the sink yet. Unfortunately, I can't return them anymore because the return period has passed. I'll have to replace them with something better. Read more

Save now Pay Big later/ a pleasant experience afterall
I purchased 3 of these faucets 4 months ago and they have already stopped working. Water just trickles out. I hired a plumber to fix the problem and he said the only fix is to replace them with faucets that you can get parts for. Example purchasing from Lowes or HomeDepot because the parts are readily available and the product quality is much better. I saved money by purchasing facets but now a few month later I'm having to spend the money to replace all of them. DO NOT BUY!! Update: I am happy to report that after sharing my experience with the seller, they quickly provided a solution to the problem and were very pleasant to work with. They stand behind their product and want their customers to be satisfied with their service. Read more
