Great floss! Soft and fabric-like in a good way. Thin enough to fit between tighter teeth. Can’t re-use because it tears since it’s a castor oil nylon string but it doesn’t leave any pieces in the mouth. Love that there’s no plastic in the string nor container, and that it’s refillable. Better and Better Natural Floss could be a nice alternative to plastic floss if you don’t have a lot of very tight teeth. Having said that, it got through and never broke between my tightest teeth. It’s got a nice glass container and a stainless steel cap and cutter that works well. At first I was concerned because when I cut off a piece, the ends split into 4 strands. But together, they form a strand of spongy, slightly stretchy floss, similar to the stretchy part of super floss. I tried it under my bridge and it worked very well. I like that it is made from “zero plastic” and is made from castor oil with peppermint oil (mild taste), jojoba oil and vegetable wax. Read more

This is a brilliant invention, made of glass and metal and no plastic. The metal part that threads the floss through so you can pull it out is well designed and does the job, unlike countless other floss containers where the floss does not stay in place and you end up wasting a lot as you unwind it and try to rethread, which is very annoying. The quality of the floss in the present product needs improvement. It easily split and got stuck in my teeth. But i still give the product 5 stars because of the delivery system, which is not only eco friendly (giving you that nice virtuous feeling) but also, dare i say, very cute, like a mini mason jar. It's a pleasure to use because of that. I think the floss quality problem should be easily fixed, and i may even put floss from another product into this little jar if it fits. I hope there will be more and more products that dispense with plastic (and plastic packaging). Read more
