The Better Chef Centrifugal Juice Machine is the bare bones of what a standard juicer should be. With stainless steel construction and easy washable parts it makes this juicer a joy to use. With an impressive 400w powerful motor and dual speed control to juice the hardest of fruit or vegetables (ex. carrots) with ease. This juicer comes with an upgraded conical stainless steel strainer with microscopic pores to give you pure juice leaving virtually any pulp to be disposed of in the pulp waste canister attached to the back. With instant extraction the pulp goes to the reservoir and the juice is funneled into the clear measured container that fits under the juice opening. It measures: 9.5" x 8.5" x 13.5". We had carrots in the fridge at the time, so that is what we made. The juicer is surprisingly quiet for what it's doing. The juice that went into our juice container was a bright orange with a foamy top. Foam went away after 20 mins. Only carrot juice, no hint of pulp. Clean up was easy, we rinced all the parts in hot water and dried them thoroughly. I noticed the juice container was stained by the carrots, a squirt of Clorox spray and a wipe with a cloth took away the marks. Then washed well with hot water and dried. I think this is a good buy. You don't need to drop $400 on a juicer that makes peanut butter, if all you really want is fresh juice. I think it's a winner. Read more

This juicer works really well and is easy to use right out of the box. The wide feed chute makes it easier to put in fruits and vegetables without having to cut everything into tiny pieces. It feels sturdy while running, and the dual speed settings are helpful depending on what you’re juicing. The juice comes out smooth, and the pulp container keeps everything contained without making a mess. Cleanup wasn’t bad, and all the parts seem well made. No complaints at all.
