I’ve struggled with loud snoring and sleep apnea for years, and no matter how many hours I slept, I’d still wake up groggy, foggy, and just completely drained. I tried mouth tapes before, but they either irritated my skin or peeled off in the middle of the night, which is super frustrating and honestly not worth it. Then I came across the MEW X AIR, which created a real difference starting on my first night. The soft silicone design is super comfortable and actually stays put all night without causing any irritation. It gently encourages me to breathe through my nose, and ever since I started using it, my snoring has dropped dramatically. I no longer wake up with that awful dry mouth or pounding morning headaches. Even my partner mentioned how much quieter our nights have become - no more elbow jabs to the ribs! What I really appreciate is how it supports proper airflow. It’s not a miracle cure, but it’s definitely helped with my sleep apnea and given me deeper, more restful sleep. I wake up feeling clear-headed and way more energized. Since it's also reusable, I’m also saving money too, which is a necessity in this economy! My noticeable benefits: 1. Reduces snoring and dry mouth in the morning. 2. Gently promotes nasal breathing naturally without sticky residue tape. 3. Soft, secure, and skin-friendly fit. 4. Helps with my sleep apnea. 5. Cost-effective reusable design. 6. Improved sleep quality and boosted daytime energy. If you're dealing with snoring or sleep apnea, this is 100% worth trying. It's made a big difference in my sleep and overall quality of life. Great product without the need for a prescription! Read more

Prevents your mouth from closing and your jaw from relaxing. Is not a Mewing device. This is intended to stop mouth breathing, Mewing is restructuring your mouth by pressing your tongue against your palate. This does nothing to create pressure on your palate. It is a very nice silicon, soft on your teeth which it holds apart like a mouthguard to prevent teeth from grinding. Within minutes of insertion, it builds up a surprising amount of saliva which you can't fully swallow due to not being able to close your mouth. If you try it, be sure to take it out only at a sink with running water. It will be followed by a large glob of drool. It is not returnable even though Amazon gives a return-by date and takes you through the entire return process before telling you it is unreturnable. Read more

This the second mouthpiece that I have ordered, Thus far, it is the only mouthpiece that has worked in order to keep my mouth closed while sleeping while using my CPAP machine. I have tried EVERYTHING with limited or no results, After using it for almost a year, my TMJ has resolved as well. It may not be recommended, I place it in a delicates bag and throw it in the washer. Amazing! Read more

I was hopeful this would be better than tape, but it did not work for me. I have tried a mouth product before and it didn't work, but it was larger and protruded the lower jaw. This was much simpler and more comfortable. I didnt have the problems other people had. Sure I produced saliva, but I could swallow it without difficulty. I only wore it one and a half nights, but it didn't hurt me like the first one did. If you've been wearing tape as long as I have, it's really unobtrusive and I don't think about it. Sometimes I take it off while sleeping, but most often I don't. The first night I wore this product I was so aware it was there. I feel like I didn't sleep well that night. Last night was my second night and I woke up with my mouth wide open and the product still in place. Tbh, when I opened the package my first thought was, how does this keep my mouth shut? Well, it didnt keep mine shut. To me, with mixed reviews it was worth the money to try it. Sadly for me it didn't work. Read more

I have started to use this in combination with Intake Breathing nasal widening thing. Although the Intake Breathing did widen my nostrils and help me get more airflow I was still having the issue of switching to mouth breathing at night and I was waking up with dry mouth often. I didn't want to try the mouth tape route as I have facial hair and didn't think it'd work well for me. Also I don't like the idea of having one time use things. I'm already doing it with the intake breathing nose thing. I tried a chin strap from Amazon, and it gave me a worse experience. I couldn't sleep well with the thing on, again probably because of the facial hair. I found this and bought it not knowing if it would be good, the 3.X rating made me a little suspect. But given how poor my sleep has been I decided to take a leap of faith and it has worked out so well for me! I was surprised at how quickly I adapted to nasal breathing with this thing in my mouth. Money well worth spent. It seems very durable. It's also easy to use and the cord to go around the neck is a really great design choice as I've had the thing come out of my mouth at night and I don't have to search the bed (or ground) for it. Try this! Read more

Good product that made me wake up refreshed and earlier than usual, HOWEVER, it made my upper gums on both sides sore. Not sure how to resolve that. For that, I stopped using it. (Update: The small family-team behind this product reached out to me and kindly offered a refund which I considered. They also gave me recommendations of how to allow my mouth to adjust to it since there’s m perhaps an expected fit period. Plus Star for the honest customer support. In this world ran by AI support and automation, I honestly felt good that Robert contacted me and took time to explain and offered a candid refund on top - this is RARE. Thanks Rob, and I’ll keep an eye on your product to get it again for any softer material if you consider that in the future). Read more
