I tried many other brands and some of them slipped off or had scratchy uncomfortable material. One smelled like chemicals? I ordered a second one for myself and one for my niece who has sleep apnea. I bought it for TMJ. It seemed it would be sensible to keep jaw from moving too much. It may work for someone, honestly because it is a good fit that you can control tightness. It’s comfortable. Just didn’t work for me personally. Worth a try, I’d say. Read more
It keeps my mouth closed. No more snoring. But the best feature is that it doesn’t leave marks on my cheeks like other thicker chin straps have. Before this strap, I was using thick neoprene type straps that left giant lines on my cheeks that didn’t go away at all. I was fearing the lines were becoming permanent.
