Beyond The Zone scruncher is the best for thick curly dark colored or hard to manage hair. It contains no vinyl like most hair products do and that will leave a white residue on dark hair. This stuff you can use as a gel on wet hair or dried styles. Its great for eliminating the frizzies in humid weather. You cannot find this product that easily at the local Sally Beauty supply so I buy direct via amazon or Sally's website. It washes out easy and will not leave white flakes or goo on your hair at all. I have happily used it for over 10 yrs. There is NO vinyl in this which is what is difficult to locate in haircare now; kudos NO vinyl which leaves a white tacky residue upon drying and hard to wash out. This is why this spritz is the best affordable solution which also smells nice as a grape scent. I LOVE this stuff.
