We have really enjoyed this thing. It takes some getting used to but over all is a great product. Installation was very straight forward and operation is easy also. I really want to add a heater to get hot water in the future. Be careful not to accidentally hit the lever or something or someone is going to get wet. Read more

Has multiple leaks when installed, on its own components mainly the nut to metal line is missing an internal o-ring, which is a manufacturing defect. Also missing are o-rings or press fit rings to connect with your main line. I would not recommend this product. I've installed competitors bidet previously without any problems, this one I can't fix myself. Read more

First, I am sure I am like a lot of people looking at bidets for the first time. The selection of bidets seems endless. Electric bidets, non-electric whole toilet bidets. To make things worse, almost every bidet had the same rating. Most loved their purchases. I was ready to pull the trigger on a 400 bidet with electric water heater and blower until I asked myself this. Do I really want one? And do I want to spend 400 bucks on something I know nothing about? So instead of giving up, I decided to try a non-electric add on bidet at 50 bucks. I sprang for the one you tap into your sinks hot water supply line. To offer the user both cold and warm water. So I found the install simple and direct. I only needed to go to the home improvement store once, to buy a compression ring to replace on my hot water supply line under the sink. My first time use was "eye opening". The bidet was on target and worked very well. I ran the hot water in the sink to get the warm water to the bidet. That was great. I later used nothing but the cold. That didn't to seem bother me as much I thought. I think if you want a bidet, go the way I did. Buy a entry level bidet, try it out and buy up later when you are a bidet expert. Don't be scared to try. Read more

As someone who spent a great deal of her life in Europe, I've never understood Americans aversion to bidets.. it keeps you clean, It's easy to use. This model is a little challenging on modern toilet seats that have the dip in the back? Which I consider to be ridiculous anyway. But all in all great product Read more
