Very easy to install, for elongated style toilet bowls. Easy to use. Works only for single line attachment on water source. The dial lets you choose washing your rear, or women cleaning (after urinating, that is), then nozzle cleaning. The handle in front gives you control on water pressure - UP all the way will have strong flow for rear wash (recommended for thorough cleaning), and halfway UP will give you soft flow of water. Down is no water flow, so you can really make adjustment to water flow after adjusting the dial to desired part to clean. What I do is dial to wash my rear and controlling the water flow using the handle by pulling it up, then, while water is still running I dial to nozzle clean, and then push the handle down to off position. The adapter and hose that came with it are useless, the majority of US toilet feeds are 3/8, this hose is a tank connector hose, not a feed hose. Cannot use a proper feed hose, as the connector on the product won't accept it- it is designed to ONLY accept the proprietary hose from the company. Buy a different brand, this one can't be installed in any home built after about 1970. Read more
