I'm about to purchase my 3rd one; another Left-handed one. We have 3 toilets here. Finally getting one for downstairs. I also purchased and installed one for a friend, so it's actually my 4 purchase of this particular one. The instructions are clear and do tell you to turn off the water at the tank, then flush, so you don't get your floor wet. If you're not klutzy, it's easy. They work great. Obviously don't let children play with it. They are all a little delicate, this one is no different. Look online if want tips about removing water scum or any splashes. Easy-peasy. Read more
It's not bad. Powerful jet if your water pressure is good. Installation was decently easy but make sure your gaskets are all flipped the right way around and have a decent wrench to cinch them down tight. However, there is a problem with the durability that others have mentioned. The arm is real flat and kinda thin, it would be easy to snap it off. I knew this was a concern but bought anyway because left-handed bidets are of a smaller selection, less common. Anyway, I grabbed a piece of flat metal and shoved it under the arm, between the arm and the bowl, to reinforce it. I think this is kind of a design flaw and this kind of bodge is necessary to prevent breakage. At least with this fix it feels robust, and that's a good thing, because if you did snap it off, would it not spray water all over until you shut it off at the toilet valve? So maybe not a good choice if you have kids. Or clumsy friends or roommates. Read more

It's a good quality bidet for doing what bidets do. I would caution users that its attachment point seems very flimsy. Read more
