I was concerned that other reviewers were highlighting that it was only cold water, so I checked out the bidets with seat warmers and warm water but did not want to shell out $200+ for it. I'm about to have shoulder surgery on my right arm so am planning ahead to spare my son from having to help me out. This was easy to install and easy to use, clearly labeled buttons and the water pressure knob works great! I gave it a try, the cold water did not bother me at all and it was comfortable to use. Did not add any additional height to my current toilet seat so that was a plus. The first time I used this it gave me a startle. Was not expecting it shoot water at me so strong, so I lowered it to the lowest setting and eased into it. It worked great after that! It has a 'self-cleaning' button that shoots water out from the bottom. The plastic material is comfortable, it does not feel cheap and it does not feel flimsy or like it will bend and break. I like that you can easily adjust the water pressure, and the nozzle clean feature is a big plus because you can clean and sanitize the nozzle before or after each use. The grommets included are holding up well and I haven’t had any leaking issues. Although it came with thread tape, I didn’t need to use it because the grommets created a tight seal. Just make sure everything is installed correctly. The only thing I wish it had was an option to adjust the spray nozzle angle, but it’s easy to compensate by adjusting your position.
