Best sleeping bag ever. I'm mostly a side sleeper. Never realized what a difference zipper placement makes. I'm also claustrophobic and mummy bags tend to make me feel very uneasy. This bag is great for active sleepers. Keeps you covered but not strangled. Read more
Down leaks more than I’d like, but it is still very comfortable, feature-rich and warm Read more
I'm a side sleeper and I sleep with my knees bent. I was skeptical that there would not be enough room. Luckily I was wrong...it has enough room and is cozy. If you're looking for a roomy bag that has a pocket for your pillow, unzips at the footed for ventilation and feels good to the touch. Well this is it! This is my new favorite of all my bags. Reason for 4 stars is the weight and the small phone pocket...needs to be bigger. Read more

I purchased the Sl20 in long. At 6' 4" it is hard to find gear that fits. This bag fits with room to spare. Light and warm I believe it will perform well even below the 20 degree rating. Very pleased. Read more

so...... After some reviews, some said that this sleeping bag is not for those with a small head. You have to be able to fill in the head space. "Oh." I said. I am petite. Perfect. A sleeping bag for me. But I'm petite that means I have a small head. Not so great. So that is one reason why I returned it. Zipper - I really like the placement of the zipper. I really like sleeping in a ball. I liked this sleeping bag. But the head space - a full size traditional pillow fit. That I don't get. We do what we can to get the best sleep at home. But when we go camping, we sleep the worse surface ever and following the rule of minimal gear and light weight. Many people use their jacket as a pillow. WHY? It's so counterproductive - sleeping on the worse made pillow whether it's a jacket or a blow-up pillow on a hard ground or bad air mattress. You need the best sleep so therefore your favorite pillow should never be compromised! I have to have a regular pillow in my sleeping bag. This should fill up the head space in those mummy bags. But it may or may not close all the way leaving your head to lose heat. Give this sleeping bag shape a try and feel it out for yourself. It appears to be a new concept in the last few years. So as we move forward, these side sleepers might become better in design. No one sleeps like a vampire. Its not natural so why even design a sleeping bag that forces you too. I love vampires but I am a side/tummy sleeper. Read more
