We have a wireless mic at an open mic that’s a smidge too thick for a standard mic head. This stand head clip is perfect. It’s easy to take the mic out, rotates enough for the fidgety performers to fiddle with, and lets performers put it back easily. If you don’t mind the “chip clip” look—and I do not—get one of these! Good clips but loose for my mics

Bought these clips to hold my V7 Dynamic mics that I added wireless transmitters to. Once I added the transmitters the mics could not be slid into the mic holders. Now I can just clip or unclip them from the mic holder without having to remove the transmitters. Only problem Is the diameter of my V7's is a bit smaller than the clip will hold. I bought a roll of self adhesive rubber strip here on Amazon, lined the inside of the clip and the mic's are now held solidly and will not slip. Nice clip wish they were a little tighter in diameter. These clips are awesome. They are just what I wanted for use with a series of handheld mics that I am incorporating into my Zoom and Camtasia recording sessions. They are easy to use with taking my mics in and out of the holder with the spring action. They are not only made of a sturdy plastic but have well made adapters if you are using either a 3/8" or 5/8" screw connections. These are working great with my desk stand and I am glad I picked these up - great value for the cost. NOTE: This is for a pair of clips only and not the desktop stand or the pictured mics. Read more

Be careful about the microphone size

I use a set of 4 wireless microphones, along with a box of Shure 58s. And I like the "Clothespin-style" mic clips. I had hoped these would solve all of my compatibility problems, But they really don't fit my 58s very well at all. They are WONDERFUL for my Cordless set. Absolutely perfect size. I like the design and construction, They seem very durable and well made compared to most of the clip-style holders I have. I just wish they would grip my 58s better! However, I did learn something from their design: the jaws are "rubber" (neoprene?) lined. I copied that feature and glued some pads into my smaller clip-style mic holders (That fit the 58s well, but did not hold them as securely as I wanted.) And that fixed them right up. Made them almost perfect for the smaller mics. So even for THOSE, buying this set helped solve my problem. Very happy with this purchase. Read more
