My stylist just used this on my hair that never curls - even though it is naturally curly I have tried to many irons of different types, hot rollers etc. I swear to god she curled all my hair in 5 minutes and it lasted until I washed it 3 days later with no hairspray - what??? It survived riding a horse with a helmet and putting it up many times. And the curls looked great! I never thought I would find one that actually worked for me!!! The rotating bit I could give or take, just a great great iron. Stylist uses on herself and weddings as well. I am cheap when it comes to this type of stuff but wow is this worth it. Read more

There is a learning curve, but once you figure it out, it's pretty simple to use. Beware: it gets HOT very quickly. It comes with a little stand so make sure you use it or you'll burn your counter like I did! I have medium length, thick hair, which usually holds curls for like an hour. I put a little hairspray and my curls will hold fairly well, even for a few days! They're limp by the end of the day/next day, but just a quick touch up and they're good as new. Read more

This is expensive but so worth it. I have very fine (baby thin hair) and the turn action of this helps me in that the hair doe snot slide out. I love being able to set the temp to the exact degree heat I need - lower is better for fine thin hair. Read more

I love the concept of this curling iron. But .. The first one I got I sent back in 2 weeks because it quit powering on. I got a replacement, but with this one, the clamp does not hold the hair tight so it slips before you get a curl set and are able to use the Stylewinder feature. I like the concept of the product and when it did work (the first one) it was awesome. So, I'm going to take a chance and hope 3 is a charm by sending this one back and get another replacement. If the next one has similar problems, I'm done. Update: per my return request, Amazon cannot send a replacement. So, three is not a charm. Disappointed. Read more
