Omg this face mask is the ultimate self care. First off, the packaging is beautiful and really high quality. There are multiple masks in the package and I love how you have to prepare them. They come with the ampules of the collagen boosting skincare ingredients that you actually add to the mask and let it marinate in for 20 minutes. The mask itself feels cooling and indulgent. This mask is the closest thing to spa quality that you can do in the comfort of your own home! It does take some time & preparation though. The serum comes separately so you have to add it to the mask & let it soak in for 15 min. It is a jelly like mask so while it does feel hydrating it doesn't stay put on your face if moving around. Its best to lay down and let the mask do its magic for at least 20 min. Then rub in the extra serum...your face may feel a little sticky so I like to apply mine right before bed so I get the full benefits overnight. I am an esthetician and I was very excited to try this mask set. I must say the application is very much like a professional mask that you would receive at my spa. At $18 a mask it would be $200 plus service. The ingredients are high-end and all anti-aging for mature skin. The serum is separate from the mask and the ingredients become active as you open it so they are in their most highest potent form for product absorption and results. I absolutely love the way this mask felt during the service and the beautiful dewy glowy skin very hydrated after. I think it is not an easy mask for home use. Is once you apply it you need to lay down and let it work. In the treatment room, once the mask is removed you would massage the rest of the serum into the skin and advise the customer to leave it on for a couple hours for deeper penetration of the active ingredients. It is a bit sticky yet for home use I would sleep in serum left on the skin. For someone looking for a truly high-end professional service that they can do at home this is your mask. And yes it is pricey but much cheaper than going to the spa. Update -the price decreased from $90 to $20 for the set. This does NOT feel like Spa quality anymore. Just a home use mask. I gave these masks a try and they’re decent, but not very convenient. You have to mix the powder with the liquid before using, which takes some time and can get messy. Once on, the mask feels cooling and adds some hydration, but I didn’t notice a big change in brightness or firmness.
