I hoped this little device would be helpful to train my muscles to smile instead of frown. Unfortunately, I can't figure out how to use it. I've tried every angle in my mouth, but the part inside the mouth does not work infront of teeth, behind teeth or under tongue. Each method caused a ridiculous angle for the smile and was ridiculously undcomfortable. This item is now in the bin. Read more
