I hoped this little device would be helpful to train my muscles to smile instead of frown. Unfortunately, I can't figure out how to use it. I've tried every angle in my mouth, but the part inside the mouth does not work infront of teeth, behind teeth or under tongue. Each method caused a ridiculous angle for the smile and was ridiculously undcomfortable. This item is now in the bin. Read more

This is the 2nd day I've had it and it seems to be working, but I leave it in for 6-8 hours a day, basically when no one else is around. The size is about right. I always go overboard when following instructions or I don't get results, like my teeth whitening kit from the dentist, they said wear it 30 minutes a day, but I wear it for 2-3 hours, sometimes overnight, and my teeth have whitened up nicely. Was skeptical of buying, decided to because the cost was low. I know it recommended a minute or two of use at a time, but I left it on for 20 minutes and after those 20, I immediately noticed a difference. I use every day now and my smile has improved significantly. I only use for 5 minutes a day in the morning when I wake up. The size is not terrible I have a large mouth. Read more
The media could not be loaded. This is a product that is meant to go in your mouth. Not only is it NOT sealed in any way, the flimsy plastic container has fingerprints all over it and I'm not putting it in my mouth. Ick. Read more
