Works amazing for me, doesn’t work for my grandmother. I have very fine hair; it used to droop flat on my head like old portraits of Emily Dickinson and I was losing hair and gaining face lesions (little sores). Swish your hair around like a shampoo commercial. My African American friend tried it and didn’t see the same results, so I think it only works for some hair types, but when it works, it’s amazing. this is a really great product as others have said I've been taking it for over 6 months and have noticed the most positive change in -the strength of my thin brittle fingernails. They've become more flexible despite still being thin. I can grow them longer without any additional structure like acrylic or coats of gel polish. I'm thrilled with this outcome. -my skin also looks amazing but I have also had recent laser treatment which has had a major impact on that outcome. I recommend these supplements for women who are having some hair loss and are unable to use collagen powder.
