I was experiencing alopecia areata and looking for a cure to get the small round bald spot to grow in again. Nothing was working for months. Finally found something that works for my nails! I've been taking Nutraharmony Biotin, Collagen, Hyaluronic Acid, and Keratin supplements for [time period], and I'm really impressed with the results. Before starting these, my nails were constantly splitting and peeling - it was so frustrating because they'd break right when they started to get any length. Since I started taking these supplements, I've noticed a real difference. My nails have stopped splitting and peeling, which alone would have made me happy.
