I have been taking this for over a year and a half, I am bone on bone in my knee due to a 4th degree tear to my Meniscus having it removed. I play golf and A LOT of Pickleball, I do wear a brace just to make sure I'm keeping my knee in line. After the first week I woke up each day with massive headaches(I am very susceptible to migraines). This supplement has somehow caused a major trigger. I am backing off the 4 a day(2 in the morning and 2 in the evening -with food each time). I am taking just one in the morning and that’s it. I’ll up the amount in about 2 weeks to 2 a day and increase that again in 2 more weeks and so on until I hit 4 a day as recommended. I am hoping this will keep the headaches away. I have noticed a slight improvement in joint pain(at the 4 a day dosage). Hopefully after reintroduction at a lower dosage I’ll be able to build back up and get relief again. And maybe even more pain relief. Of course my husband said I should have started a low dose to begin with (LOL). Live and learn. I’ll edit if possible once I’m on the full regimen and if it still triggers headaches or not. I’ve seen others are experiencing the same effects. So I know I’m not the only one. Female aged 59.
