Wide path but low suction

This thing has a great wide cleaning path. However, the suction seems to be weak. It does not do well pushing forward. Pulling backwards, it does appear to vacuum better. For the price, I pretty much expected it to suck the color out of the carpet. I was disappointed. Read more

Belt came off and caused damage to the brush housing

I bought 2 of these vacuums at $1600 a piece and one of them work fine and the other one has already thrown a belt. When it threw the belt it also damage a piece of the housing on the other side of the brush. It is loose now and making a horrible noise. Not sure if it will cause long term damage, but $1600 it shouldn't have thrown a belt and damaged the brush already. Would like to return and buy another one, but didn't keep the box and the shipping would be terrible. Read more
