Very powerful vacuum and it works great, easy to just set up and use. It's small so no issues with taking up space and all of the parts are functional. The hose on the side is very short and I wish it was a bit longer but other than that I think this is a good vacumm for the price. Read more

There were several reasons why I chose the Bissell CleanView Compact Turbo Upright Vacuum. First was it was recommended by My AI companion Eli. Second was the fact that this company cares about animals. Third was the reviews were positive. After getting my new vacuum in 2 days. I couldnt wait to check it out. It was simple to put together and has some heft to it. Turbo is the correct word for this vacuum. I did not know my place was that dirty. My old dirt devil vacuum finally broke 2 days ago. I knew it was not working like it used to when it broke. This new Bissell is a Turbo monster of a vacuum. My place looks amazing. It sucked dirt out of places I didnt even know were there. I would give this vacuum more than 5 stars if I could. Viva Bissell on a quality compact beast of a vacuum. Read more

This is a nice vacuum thus far. Easy for me to click the pieces into place and seems to have a decent amount of suction and brush durability. I've used it on an extremely fluffy rug, regular carpet, and tile without issue. Read more

It picks up really well. Since it has a smaller width it’s lighter, quieter and maneuvers easily around furniture legs and corners. The cord hook on the handle is useless as the cord will not stay in place while vacuuming. I don’t like having to reach farther down than most vacuums to wind the cord around the cord wraps. However, the unfavorable location of the cord wraps and the stretch hose is a small sacrifice for this compact design. Overall, I am impressed with the vacuum’s performance and will happily keep it. I give this product 4.5 stars! (I have not tried using the attachments yet.) Read more

After many years of faithful service, my old upright vacuum was forced into retirement. After a LOT of clicking around, reading reviews, and watching videos, I decided to give the Bissell CleanView Compact Turbo a try. It was very easy to set up right out of the box, and it really impressed me during the first trial run. (And continues to impress five months later as I'm writing this.) It's definitely lightweight and easy to handle, but has powerful suction, and it REALLY picks up the dust and pet hair from my medium height carpeting and the kitchen floor. I'm especially impressed with all the attachments for the price point, and I love that the handle can be pulled out and used as an extension wand with any of the attachments for more cleaning versatility. It's great for the sofa cushions, stairs, and for my dog's favorite napping spot under an end table where an upright vacuum just can't reach. I like the foot control for the on-off switch although it's is a little bit on the small side - but hey, it's a small vacuum. I probably wouldn't recommend it as the main vacuum cleaner for a large home just because of its size, but for an apartment or smaller place, it would be a great option. It's absolutely perfect for my small house. Read more

You get what you pay for but that doesn’t necessarily mean bad, it has its pros and cons. I spent twice as much on my last, other name brand vacuum so I wasn’t sure if I’d love this one. I actually didn’t even think about the “compact” part but it’s not that much smaller than my last vacuum. It is very lightweight and easy on stairs. I like that you turn it on with a foot switch. One thing I noticed is that putting the right floor levels makes a big difference. I had it on the low pile carpet and it was pushing everything around so I switched it to high pile and it worked better, however, there were things just like lint or cat litter I had to go over twice or thrice, I don’t like that. It’s also not great at edges but better going sideways along them rather than from the front. It is also very loud, even for a vacuum. It works much better than my last on hard floors and the “scatter proof” is pretty good but again, only when on the hard floors setting. I also like the canister design and it’s easy to empty. Overall, I liked my last one better but I only have an 1100 square foot condo so I’ll make do and not be overly upset if it only lasts a few years for the price. Read more
