The media could not be loaded. This is a beautiful faucet with only 1 important issue (at least in my case). Seems to be made well, has some weight to it, very smooth with a matte finish. Handle super easy to maneuver as well as the neck which swivels side by side (super convenient when you need room and is in the way). 2 spraying options is such a clever addition, something I never thought I needed till now, lol. The push drainer is also a convenient upgrade, 10x better than the old traditional ones with the pull up/push down lever that always seemed to break on us. Love the sleek, modern style, a nice upgrade to any bathroom. Installation was easy and simple. We followed the video shown on here and the paper manual as well. Required 2 people, one to screw/tighten while the other holds faucet straight in place. Now, here is the issue... My guess that due to the small frame of the faucet/neck and having 4 thick hoses running through, the pull down hose/sprayer (more often than not) somehow gets "stuck" and won't retract back without me having to push it up and swivel the faucet. We tried everything: lubricating inside between hoses, moving weight ball to different levels on the hose, positioning cold/hot water hoses where they won't get in the way and nothing seemed to work. Finally the ONLY resolution was to add a 2nd weight ball to the pull down hose. After that, it seems to be working as it should but now we have to pull it with a little more force due to the weight but it retracts flawlessly now. I tried checking to see if over time with use, the pull down sprayer would eventually "adapt/loosen" & retract on its own w/out the 2nd weight ball and upon removing it, we confirmed it still was getting stuck so we had to add the 2nd weight back. Other than, no other issues or leaks at all. The price point seems reasonable especially if you get discount/coupon offers with it. Overall, its a great beautiful quality bathroom faucet with a mayor functional flaw but luckily we were able to find a resolution. Still, a fantastic upgrade to our bathroom! Read more
