I love this powerful hand mixer. But I don't like the storage case, at all. I will be donating my old (20 years and still running) B&D hand mixer, so I took the storage case from it and will use it for the new one. Fits the new one great! This mixer seems more powerful than the old one; I'm using a lower speed, and it seems to like it. Two Christmases ago, I bought my mother a mixer that was almost this exact model—or just doesn’t have the dough hooks. Aside from that, everything else is exactly the same. I’ve gotten really into baking, so I have used the mixer a lot more than she has; so if this mixer is anything like the old model, then it should be perfect! Will update this review if anything changes, as I’m not going to use this mixer until I move to my new apartment. One small thing though: The beaters for the mixer and the beaters shown in the product photos are not the same. That’s super misleading, and so I was expecting a different product, which is why I knocking my review down a star. Read more
