Good quality harness. Over the years, I've owned several different kinds of neck training brands, and I'd say, this is on par with the iron neck. Both in terms of quality and design–but with a very competitive price tag. What I look for in a neck training harness is strong stitching and a really tough and durable fabric and this product has that. The iron neck is good but way too overpriced, specifically, their alpha plus model. Where you basically have to pay an additional forty something bucks just to be able to have an adjustable head strap and side straps–like seriously😂? But yeah, good harness. It's also good knowing it can hold up to 500 lbs (not that you would realistically try to lift something that's this heavy) in terms of safety. Instead, I highly recommend going with lighter weight and more reps instead of heavier weight and less reps just to increase the overall longevity of this neck training tool. Read more

I lift weights at my home and I needed a device to work out my neck. And I wasn’t going to afford the fancy machines they have in good gyms so I researched the helmet style neck accessories Amazon has listed. After I reviewed several options I decided on this particular brand and very happy I did. It’s well made and heavy duty material that is durable, comfortable and adjustable. This purchase really was a superb value. The material is high quality, the fit was good and the package included communication from the manufacturing company regarding feedback. I will look for this company's other fitness -related products in the future. I feel confident that this will function both as a method for building next strength through weight -related exercise, but the positioning of the straps allows also for use as an aid for isometric exercises. The media could not be loaded. This piece of equipment is a vital part of my workout routine. Imagine a defined body and a tiny underdeveloped neck...lol. So this is the Jupiter Neck Harness m and I like the build quality and strong design. The padded head straps are comfortable even under heavy resistance, and the metal D rings feel solid and not cheap. The velcro is heavy duty and the stitching looks solid. This harness does not come with instructions. The chain is lightweight and I'm not sure how the welds on the link will last. The harness distributes weight evenly, which helps avoid strain or awkward pressure points. Only minor complaint is that the adjustment straps could use a bit more length for broader builds.
