I love this vest. The 6 lbs is just right. Sometimes I try to put the vest on upside down, it's hard to tell which way it goes. I really need to mark which side is up. The media could not be loaded. Fits well and is adjustable. I’m 5’4” 130lbs and it fit snug on the small setting but could adjust a little further for someone smaller. Fits snug enough for cartwheels lol. I also like the chest strap is high enough to be comfortable. My friend who is 5’10” and about 200lbs wore it on the largest setting and it fit too but it looks small on his frame (although he said it was comfortable. It’s great that you can remove the weights to wash it. Highly recommend, it is helping me with my posture. Read more
Smelly, like car tires. Took out the weights, hung outside for 2 days, washed on gentle twice. Smell is reduced and I can live with it now. Removable weights is a great feature. Must use 2 pounds to balance the vest. Read more
Took two weeks to adjust to the added weight, but after a month, no big deal. Important to make sure it fits snug. Feels better wearing over a tee shirt vs a tank top. Lower body feels so much stronger!! Read more
I wanted a weighted vest for added resistance and started with 6lbs. Bought with a 20% discount which was nice. This vest fits well, does not chafe, and does not restrict my movement. This style of vest is particularly great for women. Other styles that have full chest coverage were too big and bulky for me. Great for men with broad chests and shoulders only. I am 5’5 135lbs DD chest. The vest is comfortable so I will wear a lot. It is too early to tell how the quality will last with regular use, but I think it is worth the money. If I get 1-2 years I will be happy. I am curious about heavier options in this same style and will watch for them to go on sale. Read more
Chosen because item can be washed and the weights removed. For some reason, I always want to put the vest on upside down! It feels so much heavier than 15 pounds- I'm glad I read that your max vest weight should be 10 per cent of your body weight. I otherwise would have ordered too heavy a vest. Read more
