It has very good dark pigmentation. It doesn't smear or run. It stays put. I can draw a very fine line or go over it a couple times for a thicker line. It lasts all day. I wear contact lenses and it doesn't irritate my eyes. I use it on my wetline and it works great. I'm 50 and it really is waterproof and easy to apply. Almost left 4 stars because I COULD NOT get it off LOL but hey, isn’t that the point? So far the best eyeliner I’ve ever used. The felt tip isn’t stiff like most tips and it stays on literally until you power wash it off! Tip is super fine and saturated so it’s easy to apply, dries fast but not too fast and it’s so cheap. I used to use a brand called Artistry that had excellent pigmentation. Unfortunately they have gone down hill in quality and since then, I have been hunting for a brand that I could rely on. My fav eyeliner, though a lot of liquid comes out when you first use it. But it lasts all day as long as my eyes aren’t watering right after I put it on, if it dries before it starts (bad allergies) it will last all day. Read more

If you would like to look like cat-eyed-cleopatra, this is for you! I have this on auto order because it glides on easily, dries quickly and stays put for around six hours without smudging more than most at the same price point. Of course, it’s not invincible, so I wouldn’t recommend it for water sports or on a day you suspect may end with you getting broken up with or discover your beloved hamster escaped unless you want the cat eye to quickly become a raccoon eye, but overall I like this enough that I’ve ordered it over 5 times! It does dry up if you aren’t vigilant about ensuring the lid is on tight, but overall it’s one of my favorites, even while knowing I’ll likely want to touch it up every six hours or so. Read more
