I have a Blackstrap hinged baclava and wore it for many seasons to where it became loose and always fell down my face. Found this gem to replace it and love how this feels and protects my face on the mountain! It fits great, comfortable and is warm and breathable. Highly recommend and blackstrap is a great company! I bought one of the resort-branded BlackStrap Sock Hoods for skiing last winter. For the most part it was great, especially when windy or on faster runs, and I could pull it up in the lift lines for their mask rules. It's comfortable and I could wear it pretty much all day. I did have fogging issues with my glasses/goggles, but that's not unique to this hood and I have yet to find one that doesn't give me that problem. At least the weather was decent enough I could use just sunglasses for much of that week instead of having to deal with double fogged glasses/goggles. Overall, definitely recommend. Read more
