I think this little blender has great potential, but I screwed up putting it together because the instructions were vague. There was a round rubberband-like piece that was in the box, but no directions that I saw where to place it on the blender. I put it together without it, and now can’t get the blender cup to detach from the screw-on blade portion, so it leaks when making anything, and cannot be taken apart to clean thoroughly. I guess that rubber piece was important, and I am baffled why I can’t get the blender cup to unscrew from the blade attachment. This is unfortunate because the blender has nice power to it, and I like it’s small size, but now mine is messy to use. Please include more detailed instructions on the set up for each piece so no one else will make the mistake I did. Read more

Awful product! You cannot remove the pitcher. You must unplug the unit, and pick up the pitcher with the motor attached and pour out the liquid. If you try to unscrew the pitcher from the base, like I did, the contents in the pitcher with empty everywhere! Very poorly made. Read more
Please be careful when removing glass container from base., bottom of base comes off easy and contents will spill out. It happened to me..what a mess! Not as powerful as I expected. Small portions only.. Read more
