I’ll be using a blender for a while now and I am really liking it. It is easy to clean and doesn’t take up much space and is great for what I need it for. I would recommend this. This little blender works fine - it has not had any problems so far with frozen fruit or small amounts of ice. It would have been nice if a few measurements were marked on the jar, but I'm a pretty good estimator. And the three-year warranty is a bonus, although the link to actually see the warranty does not work. I asked Customer service about it and they told me the info would be on the website by last week - it's not there yet. Read more

This 20 oz blender works even better than expected; had not used one prior that you fill & then flip over to blend but works great. Purchased it to take on trips but it is so easy to clean and blends so well I'm using it daily. I like that I don't have to hold a button down to blend & has little suction feet, so it stays still on counter. FYI: two not perfect things: (1) I rarely use the to-go lid, but its flip top closure doesn't fold fully out of your way & (2) the motor can give off a bit of a smell, esp in the beginning. (I'm blending 8 oz nut milk, 4 oz yogurt, fresh fruits & sometimes 2 ice cubes.) Read more

Nice little machine, but rubber seal can come out!

This is a great little tool for a single serving smoothies… However, while I was making one, the rubber seal inside got loose and got chopped up by the blades. I was lucky enough to find the three pieces so I wouldn’t ingest it. I would recommend that they check the seal on these things a little more carefully. When it arrived, I was surprised that it was not packaged in a factory sealed box, but had been previously opened and resealed by hand. It looked very much like a used item that had been previously returned and resold to me. Not saying that I KNOW for sure that was what happened, but I do know for sure that someone else had opened the box and resealed it before it was shipped to me. Cheap construction - this is one of those things where the old saying, "You get what you pay for" applies. It was loose and felt like it would fall apart if I ever dared to plug it in. And when I tried to attach the jar to the base, it didn't fit. The size and storage capacity was about what I expected, I just couldn't use it because the parts and pieces didn't seem to fit. I don't know how easy it would have been to clean since I never used it. As soon as I saw what a piece of junk this was, I put it all back in the box and returned it. I wonder if they will dare to sell this to someone else...? Run Away from this item! Read more
