Ordered this Blendtec 895 nitro system and but was missing the adapter rings!! ((4) Adapter Rings - (1) 12oz, (1) 16oz, (1) 24oz, (1) 32oz). Those rings were advertised to be included. Can not use it and was looking forward to using. Box came with blender and the two of the standard NBS2 blade kits. Read more
I had the same problem as another reviewer. The product arrived without the adaptor rings which are in the item description and item photo. Without these, the blender is useless. I contacted the seller and will amend my review based on their response. Read more
Bought this product elsewhere and while the concept is amazing, it cracks about 50-70% of our cups. It's costing us a lot of money. I attempted to return it for the 885 model but was told that Blendtec has a no return policy for commercial customers. Instead, they are attempting to make us a custom insert OR I could buy pitchers to use on it. Had I known this would have been a problem, I never would have splurged on this machine. I would have spent $500 less on the same exact model that uses pitchers. Read more
Worked for a month and then the screen went out. Also, the chopping of the fruit was so intense it kept blowing the breaker. Luckily I had 2 days left on Amazon's return policy, otherwise I would have been stuck with it. Read more
