Couldn't finish a cycle
Was sorely disappointed with the machine's performance. It's a commercial machine meant to blend for many cycles and blend up all types of drinks. I put some milk, 2 bananas, 2 table spoons of peanut butter, vitamin powder, and half a tray of ice into the container. Literally the very first cycle I tried out of the box didn't finish. I tried to restart the same cycle and it still stopped halfway through. Then I tried a different cycle and it also stopped halfway through. My old Blendtec that sounds like a lawnmower easily pulverizes this exact smoothie. This being a commercial blender is couldn't once finish any cycle without an error temp message popping up. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is that it was much quieter then other standard blenders. But even then it still sounds as loud as a normal blender's lowest setting. I instantly returned the unit I had. Maybe it works fine for other's but the once I received didn't perform well at all. Read more
