After a ton of research, I’m happy to report this was the blender I was looking for. Very quiet. Easy to clean. Great design. Fits well on kitchen counter. And offers a ton of different options. I just wanted to be able to make my protein shakes without waking up the fam, but now I might adventure into using it for more. Recommended! Read more
I really wanted to love this blender. Its big, powerful, fancy and doesn't make much noise. However, it overheats really quickly. Most things I blended longer than 1 minute caused it to overheat. I initially thought it was dust in the engine or I needed to put the liquid in 1st. None of that worked. When it overheats it takes like 2.5 hrs to cool down. Read more

I have had a blendtec since 2007. The red on in the picture. Was wanting an updated one so got this one. Luckily we registered it through blendtec because 5 days later and 5 uses the motor stopped working. So waiting foe them to send us back a new one. So luckily I still have our little red one that is strong as an ox!! Once I get the next one going I’ll give another product review. Read more
